Big Island

The Big Island is lush, stunning and adventurous with opportunity galore. We are seeking an area of 2+ acres where the soil is rich and healthy, both rain and sun are plentiful, and a bit of elevation might be nice (up to ~2000’). Ideally we’d like to stay in lava zones 7, 8 or 9, so in the area from Hawi to Honokaa and along the northern Hamakua Coast but are also looking at property as far south as Captain Cook. Trees, privacy, and streams are desirable. We especially love the rolling hills and soaring eucalyptus along Old Mamalahoa Hwy.

Kauai

Kauai was home for 6 years and we’d love to be land owners there and reconnect with our roots. But there are far fewer ag properties and they are costlier, so we’re not sure we will find a place that matches the vision & budget. We remain hopeful however and are studying the market to see what we can find. We have an expanded community on Kauai, and it would be meaningful to have a support system nearby. We are open to just about anywhere on the island though prefer the north and east areas.
